We all love to be inspired. We all desire to inspire. Dr. Randy Pausch was a beautiful example of inspiration. He lost his battle with cancer but he left a legacy of wisdom that will continue to live on throughout the generations. He touched the hearts of millions as he shares his gift with the world. If you want, take a few minutes of your day to listen to his speech as he so eloquently speaks about his perspective of life.
It is in this speech that we are all challenged to find and live our passion. What would stop us from living out our passion or PLAYING full out? Is it our fear? Is it our lack of connection within us and/or with others? What is it that we are afraid of? For many of us it is our fear of Rejection and/or failure. Take a moment here to think about the words of Dr. Pausch. As he takes inventory of his life he is able to say the only advice he can give us to live our lives well is, “It is not the things that we do in life that we regret on our death bed, it is the things we do not.” His words that follow touch deep within our hearts.
Allow yourself to take a RISK. What is it that YOU need next? What is the next step for you? I encourage you to take that step because no matter how uncomfortable or difficult those steps maybe it is worth stepping out! We all will have our setbacks and yes even our failures but no matter what it will always be worth it to go after your desires and follow your passion than to look back and wonder what if. Live your life in way that inspires others. We all have that potential no matter who you are.
