Individual Coaching
This is one-on-one coaching to address specific personal needs and general conditions and transitions in the client’s personal life, relationships, or profession. The coaching goal is achieved by examining events occurring right now, discovering what the client’s obstacles and challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to transform life into what the client wants it to be.
